A chance to win.

a) The Trade & Win campaign is open to all Loyal Primus clients holding a live trading account.

b) All account types are eligible to participate in the campaign.

c) Participation is automatic. Clients are not required to register or join the campaign, and eligible trading activity during the Campaign Period will automatically earn Tickets.

a) The campaign is valid from 1st November to 31st December 2026.

b) Only trading activity within this period will be considered valid for campaign evaluation.

a) Participants may trade on all available instruments offered on the Loyal Primus platform, including Forex and commodities.

a) For every completed 1.00 lot traded, the Client will earn 1 Ticket. Any fractional lots will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Example: trade 3.42 lots, receive 3 Tickets.

b) Only trades with a duration exceeding 3 minutes shall be eligible. Scalping trades are excluded from this promotion.

c) Eligible traded lots will be converted into Tickets. Each Ticket represents one (1) entry into the Trade & Win draw. The more Tickets a Client accumulates, the higher the Client's chance of being drawn as a winner.

d) Clients may track their Ticket count, leaderboard standings and promotional progress via the Account Dashboard or by contacting Customer Support for assistance. The leaderboard is for reference only and does not determine the winners.

a) This campaign is a lucky draw. Winners are selected by random draw and are not determined by the highest number of Tickets achieved or by leaderboard ranking.

b) Each Ticket accumulated during the Campaign Period constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. The more Tickets a Client holds, the greater the chance of winning; however, holding more Tickets does not guarantee a prize, and a Client with fewer Tickets may be drawn ahead of a Client with more Tickets.

c) To be included in the draw, a Client must hold at least one (1) valid Ticket at the end of the Campaign Period.

d) The draw will be conducted by Loyal Primus after the campaign ends, using a random selection method. Winners will be drawn in sequence: the first Client drawn wins the 1st Place prize, the second Client drawn wins the 2nd Place prize, and so on until all prizes below have been awarded.

e) Once a Client has been drawn, all of that Client's Tickets will be removed from the remaining draw, so that each Client can win only one (1) prize.

f) The results of the draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

g) Prize distribution (in order of draw) is as follows: 1st Place: QJMOTOR SRK250R; 2nd Place: iMac 24-inch M4; 3rd Place: iPhone 18 Pro Max; 4th Place: MacBook Air 13-inch; 5th Place: iPad Air 11-inch; 6th to 7th Place: PlayStation 5 Slim Disc Edition; 8th to 9th Place: ASUS ROG Xbox Ally; 10th to 11th Place: Apple Watch Series 12; 12th to 13th Place: Apple Watch SE 3; 14th to 15th Place: 1g of 999.9 Gold.

h) The draw will be conducted and the list of winners will be announced on the contest event page within one (1) week after the campaign ends.

a) To claim a prize, winners must have an active, fully verified, and approved Loyal Primus live trading account, in compliance with the Client Agreement.

b) Each winner is eligible to receive only one reward.

c) Winners must claim their prize within thirty (30) days from the date of announcement; any unclaimed prize after this period will be forfeited.

d) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

e) The Company reserves the right to withhold or revoke prizes if the winner is found to have breached contest rules or engaged in unauthorized trading practices.

a) Any suspicious activity or manipulation of Ticket Points will be strictly monitored.

b) Loyal Primus reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action upon detection of such activities.

c) In cases where suspicious activity or Ticket Points manipulation is confirmed, Loyal Primus reserves the right to clear all accumulated Ticket Points.

d) In severe cases, Loyal Primus may choose to suspend the client from participating in the Trade & Win campaign or even terminate the client's account.

a) This promotion is strictly not available to residents or citizens of the following countries and jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Cuba, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Kenya, North Korea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United States of America, Vietnam, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

a) Loyal Primus reserves the right to modify or terminate the Trade & Win campaign at any time without prior notice.

b) Changes to the campaign, including but not limited to conversion rates and ticket points requirements, will be communicated to the clients through appropriate channels such as email or website announcements.

a) By participating in this campaign, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Clients are advised to read and fully understand the terms before taking part.

b) The Client further acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged products involving a high level of risk. Trading these products carries the possibility of losing all invested capital and may not be suitable for everyone. Clients should ensure they understand the risks involved and seek independent advice if necessary.

c) Loyal Primus will not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages incurred in connection with this promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

a) If these Terms & Conditions are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistencies.

b) The provider of this Campaign, Promotion, and/or Offer is Loyal Primus Ltd.
