Loyalty Point Program Terms & Condition
1. Loyalty Points Accumulation:
- Clients will earn loyalty points based on the amount deposited with the following conversion rate: $1 = 0.1 loyalty point.
- The loyalty points will be credited to the client’s account upon successful deposit.
- Only deposits made using approved payment methods will be eligible for loyalty points accumulation.
2. Earn Lot Points Through Trading:
- For every 1 trade lot completed, earn 1 Lot Point.
- Example: Trade 0.01 lot, receive 0.01 Lot Point.
- Trades lasting more than 3 minutes count; scalping trades do not.
- Lot Points complement loyalty points, helping meet prize requirements.

3. Loyalty Points Expiration:
- Loyalty points have a validity period of 365 days from the date of accumulation.
- Expired loyalty points cannot be redeemed or reinstated.
4. Claiming Prizes:
- Clients must meet both lot and point requirements to claim prizes from the loyalty program.
- Lot requirements refer to the minimum trading volume that must be executed by the client.
- Point requirements specify the minimum number of loyalty points that must be accumulated.
- Clients can check their progress towards meeting the lot and point requirements through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
5. Suspicious Activity and Manipulation:
- Any suspicious activity or manipulation of loyalty points will be strictly monitored.
- Loyal Primus reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action upon detection of such activities.
- In cases where suspicious activity or loyalty points manipulation is confirmed, Loyal Primus reserves the right to clear all accumulated loyalty points.
- In severe cases, Loyal Primus may choose to ban the client from participating in the loyalty points program or even terminate the client’s account.
6. General Conditions:
- Loyal Primus reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty points program at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to the program, including but not limited to conversion rates, expiration periods, lot requirements, and point requirements, will be communicated to the clients through appropriate channels such as email or website announcements.
7. Earn Lot Points Through Trading:
- Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.
- Loyalty points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
- Loyal Primus is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participating in the loyalty points program.
- Any disputes arising from the loyalty points program will be resolved by Loyal Primus at its sole discretion, and the decision will be final.
- By participating in the loyalty points program, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Loyal Primus reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as necessary.
